ABOUT Kimberly
I believe everyone deserves to feel fulfilled and successful in life.
Your strengths, interests, values, and all that has influenced you make you unique, and coaching you fascinating and inspiring.
Whether your current goals include developing as a leader, launching or reinventing your career, entering a new phase in life, or planning for retirement. I look forward to working with you and supporting you along the way.
As we collaborate, we’ll focus on what’s important to you. We’ll explore and transform patterns that may be getting in the way as you work toward your goals. And we’ll identify resources, actions, and opportunities that allow you to live from your sense of purpose.
Perhaps like you, my journey includes change and transition.
I began my professional life in Human Resource Management working in technology, banking, and manufacturing organizations. My own career exploration led me back to school to pursue a counseling degree and to build a private practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I’ve held counseling, career counseling, faculty, and leadership positions on college and university campuses, and leadership roles in non-profit organizations.
Facilitation and organizational consulting have been woven throughout my career. I’ve designed and delivered workshops, webinars, and academic courses, and created learning and development programs. I enjoy engaging with learners at all levels of organizations and academic programs.
In 2020, I completed an intensive somatic coaching program and shifted my focus from counseling to coaching. I became accredited to use the iEQ9 Enneagram assessment and brought years of study of the Enneagram more intentionally into my practice to support individuals, leaders, and the development of teams.
I’m an ICF certified coach (PCC), certified somatic coach, and life-long learner.
In addition to my work, things that bring me joy include time with family and friends; people, places, and culture; and experiencing the beauty and wonder of the natural world.
I look forward to exploring what’s next for you.
